Ordering and delivery

What is the delivery time?

 

Delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium is 1 to 2 business days in most cases. We ship all orders before 3 p.m. the same day.

Please email us for international shipping.

How can I track the status of my order?

 

 

You can track your order using the tracking code found in your order confirmation email. Enter the code on our Track Your Order page for real-time updates on your shipment.

How are shipping costs calculated?

 

Shipping costs for the Netherlands are €6.95. For orders over € 49.95, shipping is free.

Which shipping company will deliver my package?

For shipping within the Netherlands we use PostNL

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

Once an order is placed, it quickly enters our processing system. Therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming it.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the return or exchange process and ensure your satisfaction.

You will not automatically receive an invoice. For an invoice, please contact our customer service department.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within an hour of placing it. Feel free to call us if it has been longer than an hour.

Returns and refunds

What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I return an item I bought on sale or with a discount code?

Yes, you can return sale items. However, the refund amount reflects the discount price. Items purchased with a discount code are also eligible for return.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, we offer exchange options for items of the same value. Please contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange.

When will I receive my refund after I send my return?

After we receive your return, we will return the money as soon as possible.
